Time Away

I’m about to embark on a four day weekend in celebration of my and Ms.Z’s anniversary. We’ve been legally married for three years now.
This, the first of two anniversaries we celebrate together marks our civil ceremony. This weekend is a time when we open our home to friends and play host. Marriage, after all, is something that happens within a community, as well as between two people.
We’re being joined this year by one of my wife’s closet friends and her husband. They visited us last year as well and it was a great weekend.
So, though I may be updating twitter (you can see my latest entry in the sidebar now), there will be no blogging from me until Tuesday (although I will be checking email and updating the Round Table all weekend). Enjoy your weekends, no matter how long they may be!
